Are you Ban Hammered? Use the following format for making unban requests.

We need the following information:

Your in game name.
The date you were you banned.
Why you were banned.
Any additional information you want to share.



So, it would look like this:

Hello, I am requesting to be unbanned.

I was banned on: 8/18/2014
I was spamming and then I got auto banned.
I am really sorry, it won't happen again.
